A chance to gather together, share ideas, and learn new pedagogical methods: Saturday, Nov. 2nd, 2019.
The UAFS Symposium for Spanish, ESL & World Language Teachers is a public project organized by the World Languages Department at the University of Arkansas Fort Smith.
Spanish, ESL and World Language teachers at the elementary, secondary and university level as well as undergraduate and graduate students from the region attended. The symposium offered breakout workshop sessions on a variety of second and foreign language pedagogy topics. New this year was a poster session highlighting effective teaching practices.
